Plex’s vision was born from our experiences while developing and managing some of North America’s most extensive energy projects. We are a team of Engineers, Project Managers, and Construction Specialists with extensive experience in complex energy projects. In offering a full suite of pipeline services, we leverage IPD to scale and streamline all aspects of planning and execution.
We saw a traditional engineering approach that created a disconnect between engineering, design, and construction, leading to costly change orders, budget overruns, schedule delays, and damaged relationships. Today, we implement IPD to ensure total budgetary and project clarity between stakeholders, project owners, and vendors from the moment teams sit down to the moment the project is brought online.
Plex Projects was founded in 2019 to provide complete project development and management services for decommissioning oil and gas infrastructure. Through this experience, repurposing and expansion opportunities for these sites became apparent, and the team went on to adapt and improve not only the energy infrastructure but also the project management processes that power them.
